Phillip Holloway

As a Program Coordinator at North Carolina Department of Information Technology, I work with various stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate initiatives that enhance digital equity and literacy in the state. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associate of Arts in Information Technology, as well as certifications in Working Smart Soft Skills and Career Development Facilitation.

In addition, I am the Executive Director of The Good Light Foundation Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides educational and mentoring programs for youth and adults in underserved communities. I am also a Minister at Jobes Chapel Baptist Church, where I lead and support various outreach and service projects. I have a passion for empowering and uplifting others through my web development, Adobe Photoshop, and IT skills, which I use to create and manage online platforms and content for my own and other organizations.
